I love the flat design of the built in Pop Socket and the fact that it won't come off. I love having the ability to change the cover design as well. The only negative I have found is that my phone is NOT as secure in my Pop Socket brand stick on car mount. My old pop socket would snap in and felt secure. This design doesn't allow that same secure mounting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought 2 of the thin ones that are great, I bought 4 of expensive ones. I ended up giving them away. Hard to change and one the case cracked stretching it. The main reason of complaining is that even tough it is the best shock and Greatest Grip!! When you type on the plastic shield, the wrong letter comes up, or it does not register. The largest problem is that if you are trying to type P L Q on the sides , the cover block it unless you stop and purposely hit it!! THE LARGEST PROBLEM!! If you want to scroll up from bottom to Set the Light and Volume!! The case covers it so you must use Settings. I love ALL your Products, that is why I purchased the different colors, But no one that was a amateur was asked to test it. Thanks for asking , And I will always be a loyal customer. I am a mechanic.Always climbing into vehicle, under vehicles, wet vehicles, odd positions-dropping my phone into puddles, or oil or onto concrete from a height is a real thing.Having the otter box to protect it brings me peace of mind.

At first he did was pop the pop out off.(?). I am honestly not sure what he thought it was going to do buy taking it off. Luckily, he fixed it by putting it back on, and now he uses the holder everyday. Thank you for a durable, multitasking case! We love it!

Awesome phone case that offers a lot of protection while feeling great in your hands. I drop my phone quite often so I needed a case with good protection without to much bulk and this case is it! I am able to use my wireless charger even with this case on so that's an added benefit. Love the pop socket too! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I'm not a fan of the color combo (Winter). I wish the interior color was either white or a better matching blue/green. Purchased for my iPhone Xs and it fits perfectly!

So glad I got the defender with pop socket. It’s been worth having, I stopped dropping my phone on my face and I don’t have to worry about dropping my phone- terrible clutz. Also don’t have to worry when the children take my phone and run off.
