This was recommended to me by my brother, I had always had cheap phone cases. This is a game changer in phone cases ... I will never buy a cheap brand again. This is fabulous you protect with a hard plastic shell that snaps together then a thick plastic cover which all snaps together, I also got their screen protector and this was different to the quality of others .. no peeling a bit of thin plastic on a sheet and hope for no bubbles. You get a frame to ensure protector is fitted correctly and cleaning cloth to remove any grease.. it’s worth the extra money... do not doubt and think buying a knock off version is the same... it’s not the quality is far superior...

Love the case. The built in pop socket works so much better than putting one on the other defender cases. However it doesn’t stay in place when I use the dash mount. I find my phone spinning or jumping off my dash when I make turns or hit a bump. This didn’t happen before.

I had an Otter Box case before and I loved. When I got a new iPhone 8 plus I got a different case because it was less expensive, but look sturdy. The first time I dropped the phone, the case cracked, so back to Otter Box I went, even though it is costly, it is worth it.

The box says that the pop socket is interchangeable but it is not. You are only able to use the ordered pop socket and cannot switch them out as the box and online description states.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All of those cases are compatible with any PopTop, as those are a new design that allows them to be detached from the PopGrip base. To remove that PopTop, we suggest pressing down on the it while twisting to unlock it. If you're having trouble doing that, give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and we can get you helped out.

After dealing with another company, I decided to look for a different case that was more durable and protected my phone more. This is perfect for that. Only 2 downsides is that dirt does sneak it’s way in so little specks are visible on the screen and the popsocket is a little loose and lopsided (but I think that’s my fault because I keep playing with it).
