I bought this and had high hopes but when I put it on a wireless charger it does not charge there is a hollow gap between iPhone and case that makes it impossible to charge... sad

Additionally, we do suggest only using chargers recommended by Apple or any of the Qi chargers made by OtterBox, as those are the ones we test our cases with.

I bought a APPLE OTTER + POP SYMMETRY IX/XS LILAC DUSK case
It looks really nice and supports wireless charging. However, the whole reason I got this case is because of the swappable pop sockets for Star Wars that I saw in Star Wars Celebration. It turns out I could only get the Red Rebel one. Nothing else will fit this case. It is very disappointing. Not to mention that none of the current Marvel pop sockets will fit this case.

Great case and love that the pop socket is built in but will not fully charge on a charging station. Even when you remove the pop socket, it will charge to a max of 60%. I have an iPhone X

The pop out finger holder on the back that’s supposed to allow for one hand use is not a good design. It’s just as cumbersome to use it as it is to go one handed the old fashioned way.
