We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with your Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case! While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface and recommend placing something under the PopSocket to ensure the correct viewing angle is achieved.

The case material feels slippery. After having the case only a few days, the material is starting to peel back and is sharp to the touch.

Had this for a week or so. Initially wasn’t sure about it but my mind has changed. This case replaces a worn out leather case. I love the feel of this case in my hand it smooth but stays in hand no slipping. Still getting used to the pop socket as didn’t have one on old case. I am liking it

I used this for a week then got a regular OtterBox. Too slippery, too bulky. The softer material seemed too hard. Less protective than commuter series. I may occasionally use it but would not buy it again.

I have a Defender which is really old so I guess I expected this to cover the same way but it doesn't - it only lasted one day on my phone and now my old case is back on. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt so I cannot exchange - NOT FULL coverage case.
