Like the case but I’ve dropped it a few times and this happened. Never had an otter box do this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi there!
We're sorry to hear that your Otter _ Pop Symmetry Series case has already gotten damaged! The good news is, we have a great warranty, so feel free to give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and we'd be more than happy to get you set up with a replacement OtterBox.
Love the case, except for the pop is not big enough for a guy, meant for child or smaller female. I don't have fat fingers. My fingers won't fit in under the pop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear you've had some struggles with the Otter + Pop Symmetry Series, Andy. PopSockets is in charge of the overall dimensions of their component in this team effort, but we'll definitely share your feedback with our quality and design teams to make sure your voice is heard!
In the meantime, feel free to give our friendly Otters a ring at 1-855-688-7269 if we can ever be of any assistance down the road and we'll always be happy to help!
I love my Otterbox. It is easy to install and is very solid. I love the button on the back. Not only is it easy to install but Otterbox gives you the option to stand the phone up at the perfect angle on a table or desk. I didn’t think that I would like that option but it is one of my favorite features.
I bought this case recently to replace my clear case that had turned yellow. I love the design and sleek look of this one! At first I was a little skeptical about the pop socket being built into the case, but honestly it doesn't bother me at all and it's nice having it.
I love otter box, used to get the defender, then fell in love with the Commuter series, which you don’t seem to have anymore, so I tried Symmetry. I decided on the Pop Case because I would have spend extra money to buy a pop socket if my case didn’t have one.
What a great feature, as sometimes the Popsocket adhesive wears down, especially in warm conditions.
Onto the actual case. It’s very pretty, but asp pretty slippery, which has caused it to slip out of hand a few times already.
The bumper on the front doesn’t give me much faith that it will be protected against a face down drop as past cases I’ve had. Especially because I put on a glass protector, it’s almost flush with the bumper edges.
Lastly, I understand that a built in popsocket takes up case real estate, but I am concerned that there isn’t any padding/shock protection on the inside of the case.
I guess I need more time than a couple of weeks to see how I really like it, but these are my observations so far.
