I’ve used Otterbox for years. I just purchased an iPhone X so picked the one with solar symptoms on it. Pretty cool looking. A few days later I purchased the new Corning Ware glass protection, it was easy to place. Feel confident no damage will occur if I drop phone.

My toddler throws my phone around on the regular, so I thought I would buy an otterbox. Lo and behold, the model I bought seemed no better than a regular phone case. The "popper" on the back was not functional as a phone kickstand, so it feels like a waste of money to me. Is there a secret to getting the popper to prop your phone at an angle for reading on a table, etc.?

We're sorry to hear that you're not a fan of your new Otter + Pop case! We usually suggest pulling the PopTop out all the way, then pushing down one side. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. If that doesn't help, drop us a line at 1-855-688-7269, and we can get you helped out.

Its a good case for protection the popsocket however falls off fairly easy and the divit on the back makes it dificult to attach to the popsocket holder in my car.

After upgrading my phone, my old phone case didn't fit. I had been using a pop socket and wanted to have another one on the next case. Otterbox came to the rescue by having both in one case. The pop socket profile when the pop socket is closed is slim enough to slid into a pocket or purse which is quite nice. I've had it now for about two weeks and am very happy with my purchase.
