I recently replaced my two year old Symmetry case with the new Symmetry w/Popsocket and it feels like I have a a new phone. The new case feels good, looks good, and the popsocket is awesome. I use a custom handmade leather belt phone case. Therefore the popsocket has to be thing to fit my case, and it fit perfectly. If you’re thinking about getting this case, you won’t be dissolved!

I was looking for a case with the marble design but didn't want anything flimsy. Found this and I'm beyond happy with it. The lip around the front part of the phone seems narrower than my previous otterbox but I still trust it

I’ve never cared for popsockets in general, because they get caught on everything, they prevented me from using wireless charging, and my phone wouldn’t lay flat, meaning it was often easy for it to slide around and perhaps fall if it was knocked. However, I’ve always liked the kickstand aspect of them. I opted to try this case, as I hoped it would solve all of the issues I had with popsockets. And it mostly did!
Because of the note integrated design of the popsocket, I rarely have issues with it catching on anything- like, for example, when I’m putting it in my pocket. However, the integration still leaves a slightly raised spot where the popsocket is, so I’m still finding if I place it on a slippery surface phone face-up, I risk knocking it and it sliding off of the table. No big deal, just wish it was truly flat. However, wireless charging does work! And I have a feeling that if they added anymore bulk to the case to cover the popsocket more, that wireless charging wouldn’t work. So overall, I am satisfied with this product. Slightly annoyed by the non-flat design, but not enough to take away the ease of wireless charging. Overall, I would buy again if I got a new phone that wouldn’t fit the case.

I purchased the APPLE OTTER + POP SYMMETRY IX/XS MAUVEOLOUS case and I absolutely love it! My prior Otterbox was a Defender case that I stuck a pop socket to. It was frustrating because the pop socket kept getting stuck on my jean pocket making it difficult to pull the phone in and out. It was also frustrating when trying to charge on a wireless charger and you had to remove the case in order to charge. When OtterBox announced they were introducing a case with with a built in pop socket in a flat design I couldn’t wait to get one!
I am extremely happy with my new case. The case is light weight but still has the true Otterbox protection that everyone loves. The color is a dark mauve paired with a dark gray rubber edging allows the color to stay true rather than getting discolored from your blue jeans when pulling it out of your back pocket. Last but not least the flat design allows you to use a wireless charger without having to remove the case!
Side note my friend loved the case so much that she ended up purchasing a case herself!

Pros: Solid case, reliable phone protection - like all Otter boxes.
Cons: The built-in PopSocket feature is great idea, though it can be executed better. The phone still does not lie flat (the only downside to pop sockets), but it’s better than just putting a regular pop socket on a phone.
The biggest flaw: They say the Popsocket the interchangeable, but it totally is not. Or at least there are no instructions on how to do this properly. I broke my phone case within 10 minutes of owning it because the pop socket feature just broke when I tried to pop it off.

Returned the product as it did not work with my wireless charger. Otherwise, fit, feel and integration of pop socket is great, just know that it may not work if you are purchasing for wireless charging
