I've always used Otterbox cases for my phones, so when I saw the Defender with the Popsocket I was thrilled. The normal Popsocket didn't stick on the Defender case for me. I've had the case for about 2 weeks and it works great. I still have my original wireless charger from my S6, so I have been using it and it works just fine. If I have wireless connection issues I can easily remove the Popsocket and charge my phone. The only issue I had was that the case didn't come with the holster, but the Otters took good care of me as always and sent me a holster. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and the awesome customer service!

Great case with such a simple idea for convenience

Always bought OtterBoxes for my phones and since I use my phone frequently for work, the PopSocket came in handy to help with a more firm grip and to avoid carpal tunnel. Put both items together was an idea of genius.
The best part is how low profile the popsocket sits with it being built into the case. It can be hard to swap out popsockets but I find if you can't just spin it out, just pull the popsocket out and grab it tightly at the base and spin...that should do the trick.
