Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. Functions exactly the way a pop socket is designed. My only complaint about the design goes involves the camera. When using the wide view camera and pop socket is extended, the socket is visible.

I was told that this case would still allow me to charge my Galaxy S10 wirelessly but that was not the case. I even tried taking the pop socket off and it would charge sometimes but whats the point? I don't want to have to take off the pop socket every time I want to charge my device wirelessly. This is a great case otherwise as the feel is premium and convenience of having the pop socket integrated is pretty awesome. Also being able to now switch your pop sockets is a nice feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some PopTop materials may require removal for the best user experience when Qi charging. Additionally, we suggest using the wireless chargers recommended by the device manufacturer, as those are the ones we test our cases with. My Popsockets on my regular Otter box cases have lost their adhesive after a few months. I was tired of buying new ones so I found this and it was an instant buy. Works great and I swapped out the pop top with my old one. Only wish we had options for positioning, I usually do not have it right in the middle of the case, but I got used to it. Great buy!

I have the same Otterbox phone case on my old phone for 5 years. I have dropped that phone I don't know how many times without getting a scratch on it. I can't say that for the phone cases I bought prior to. I expecting and know I will get the same outcome with my new phone case. I am very happy with the Otterbox phone case and will not by another brand.

Sturdy, But Has Challenges With Every Day Use

I purchased this case a couple of weeks ago. While the case is very sturdy, I have a few complaints:
* Disassembling the case in order to put it on my phone required me to watch a video, and took over ten minutes. I don't have extremely strong hands, so trying to separate the all of the pieces was frustrating.
* The placement of the pop socket is in the middle, which does not help when trying to take a selfie when in the horizontal/landscape mode. This is because I can barely get my fingers to reach the pop socket.
* The case is so thick that I can barely fit my fingers between the pop socket and the case.
* The buttons are very hard to push because of how thick the case is.
* The case does not work well with a screen protector. As careful as I was with putting the case on my phone, it is now slowly lifting the screen protector from my screen.

Although such a piece made by us should work just fine, we aren't able to test for or guarantee compatibility will all of the various third-party options available these days.
