Otterbox is GREAT, but the Pop Defender needs help

I bought the Otterbox Popsocket Defender. While the case itself is fantastic, there are two issues I have with the Popsocket Defender. One is that the Popsocket has a smooth surface, so when you put your phone down on a slippery surface like countertops, it now slides. An easy remedy for Otterbox would be to put a rubberized.non-slip surface on it. The other issue is that the Popsocket is positioned in the middle and I wish it was up a little higher on the phone - that just may be personal preference.

I purchased this item for my Samsung S10 and right out of the Box there was no way of me giving my phone into the case. There is something wrong with the product

As far as a case goes it's great. I could throw my phone up in the air and not worry aboutbreaking it. I have to take the pop socket off to use wireless charging and it does fast charge. It will only charge in portrait. If I put in in landscape it doesn't charge with my wireless charger. I like to watch TV with the phone in landscape while charging so I'll have to find something different.

However, like you've noticed, the PopTop may need to be removed. We sincerely apologize you haven't been able to use the landscape mode while wireless charging. We bought this for my husband’s phone he always had the cheap plastic cases claiming that he was more careful with his phone than the rest of us and didn’t need to spend the money. Now that he has it he loves it. He feels that he has a better grip with this case and it doesn’t slide around every where
