My new happiness

This thing burns high to get amazing searing with cast irons and I can use my wok, so much room for large and medium pots and pans, looks great and easy cleanup. So happy
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just had it for about a month and I love the versatility that the two ovens give. There is plenty of space on the top for pots and pans.

Nice looking stove

We really like the cooking grates that cover the entire stove top. We also got the griddle.
The electric coil uses too much electricity for our solar powered home.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not working yet, 3500 paperweight

I purchased this unit excitedly back in November of 2020, knowing full that being patient would reward our investment in a name brand known for quality workmanship for decades. We were wrong. Being patient and grateful through the few extra months expecting a high quality appliance was immediately tarnished by the first moments of install. The regulator went out almost immediately and because we installed late in the evening, our home spent an unknown amount of hours filling with gas. We awoke to the STENCH of natural gas ears in the morning when we woke up to get the children ready for school. Cafe support worked with a repair technician who showed up immediately upon our call in the morning to help us diagnose issue. Cafe support sent new regulator that arrived 4 days later, same tech came out to install and electronic ignition system now does not want to fire. We thought this may have been an intermittent issue however it has been confirmed as an ongoing issue. Now, randomly, new authorized repair tech calls me this afternoon to tell me that I'm wrong about my oven being duel fuel (I'm not, check the model # "authorized repair tech" or do we not review a customers information before offering customer service?) and that he is the only one authorized to help me under warranty and now I have to wait 2 more weeks because paying customers with second homes are in town and need service ahead of me. I'm beginning the return process this afternoon. This was an absolute waste of my time and hard earned dollar. Now more of a waste to return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing difference

I have only had the Cafe range for a couple of weeks but have already used several of the available options. I NEVER realized what a difference a high end appliance would make. There are several excellent cooks in our family and they are all jealous and in awe after spending time at my home and using the new range.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It looks great, but the first time we used the oven we got error 350, two months later we still do not have a working oven
