I bought this appliance along with the matching microwave a month ago and both have had issues since day 1. The range itself works fine as a range. No complaints as a basic range/oven. But I could've purchased a basic range/oven for less than half the cost of this product. I bought it because of the integration features into my smart home. That's where I have issues.
First and foremost the built in chef connect (via bluetooth) fails at least once or twice a day. It has two jobs: 1) sync the clocks between the microwave and the stove/oven. 2) turn on the microwave fan when the range is lit. It fails at both. The clock sync fails at least once a day if not twice. I have to turn that setting off via the app and back on to re-sync the clocks on the appliance one to two times a day. The fan fails to turn on if the microwave surface light is on prior to turning on the oven. If the light is off, the oven and microwave communicate appropriately and turn on the fan and the light. But if the light itself is on beforehand. Forget it. The fan simply doesn't go.
That's the bluetooth (simplest integrations) issues. Now for the smart home issues. Keep in mind the two products I purchased are literally the same family. They're the exact same products (microwave and range) with the exact same features and exact same finish. Fast forward to smart home integration. Turns out, despite any indication in the range's documentation, that there are at least two skills required to install on an Alexa device to get these devices working. Yep. No cohesiveness at all between products of the same family. One uses the general SmartHQ skill as indicated in the documentation that uses intuitive commands. The range however uses an unintuitive skill called Geneva that requires you to have Alexa communicate via a third party to control the device. This is horrible. "Alexa, set microwave to 1:30". Pretty simple. Yes? How about "Alexa, tell Geneva to set oven to 400 degrees"? Which she then responds with three other prompts.
Last but not least is the fact that this oven is out of spec for North American appliances. It lacks the proper depth in the rear to allow for gas piping to sit flush with a wall. I will now have to pay for a plumber to relocate the gas line in my kitchen because this product doesn't have the proper spacing that literally every other oven on the market has.
The microwave is just as bad. Read my review on that one. It's got it's own host of ghosts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic range

It is a perfect addition to my wife’s dream kitchen. She loves the burners and she is also able to bake two different things at the same time with the double oven. She is a baker by trade and is very happy with how each oven bakes.

Great cooking!

This oven is excellent. The edge to edge top and 6 burners allows me to the entire top for cooking. Just wish the stainless steen was no fingerprint. Love that the controls are on the top so the entire back splash is visible.
The cooktop has excellent output and enough variability on size of burners. The burner grates are very heavy duty cast iron. Came with 3 grates and a center grill plate that you can use by removing the the center grate. The center grill plate in my package goes from front to back and is very heavy cast iron but is not reversible. It only has a flat surface - no slotted grill. It works great.
I specifically looked for a dual oven so I could cook at different temps as well as having option to only use the top for smaller meals. The lower oven gives you about 10” from the lower rack to the broiling element. You’ll get an inch more if your pan is narrow enough to slide to left or right of broiling element. So Pythia may not be for if you require a very large roasting pan. The upper oven only bakes. That is fine for smaller items.
The lower oven is where the the other cooking methods occur: proofing, broiling, convection, bake. There is a lot of outgassing the first few times you turn it on. So run it for a while before you bake.

The oven vents very well and will continue to vent after the cooking has been stopped.
Both ovens have very little cold spots. I’ve “air fried” in the convection, proofed, and baked in top and bottom. Beautiful and consistent results.
The app works great except the timer does not correctly display time remaining. The app allows me to do all of the functions as if I were in the front panel. However, the app does not ring on my phone. The timer works perfectly on the oven itself.
The oven fits well in the 30” opening of our previous oven but it is a little taller.
Drawback is that the stainless steel trim on top scratches easy. Take care when removing and placing the grates. Would have been nice if my package contained burner drip pans so cleanup is easier.
Overall I am EXTREMELY pleased with this oven. I specifically wanted the dual oven and convection feature. It looks great!

Good Range, not Great

Oven compartments quite small. Literally have to get down on knees to view inside lower compartment.
Digital panel can get confusing. about the only useful purpose for the app is to let you know when your pre-heat is done.
Aesthetically, its a beautiful oven, and range top functions perfectly. Only negative regarding cooking surface of range, is that the griddle will stain/mark VERY easily.
Now that the stove is in the house, I think we could have done better for the money that we paid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
