HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Was installed by appliance store installer on Thursday and by Saturday evening, completely died. Tech came on Tuesday and said it would have to be replaced. It has been 3 weeks and still NO wall oven. We had a working wall oven but decided to upgrade.....We should have stayed with the lower end model that WORKED.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The versatility of this microwave is magical; we’ve made frittatas for breakfast, bagels and grilled cheese for lunch and salmon for dinner all in the same day.

I only have 1 reason at this point for not giving 5 stars and that's the turn table. It would have been nice to have designed the turntable to center itself easier, when switching from the glass to the metal turntable and back it's always a little pain getting the the thing to spin right.

Overall happy with this product so far. I can't wait to use it for when we host Thanksgiving and other events. My only wish is that you didn't have to constantly change out the different trays for the different features.
