Thank you for purchasing the Samsung 8K QLED TV. I'm glad to see you are pleased with our premium Q900 Series.
You can immediately start a conversation with Bixby by saying "Hi, Bixby."
The Bixby icon at the bottom of the TV screen will then activate in Listen mode. Continue speaking.
If Bixby does not respond to your voice, turn on the Voice Wake-up function, and then try again. You can check by clicking the mic button > Explore Now > Settings > Voice Wake-up
In addition, the Samsung Smart Remote may not recognize your voice when it is far away from you, turned upside down, or located in an environment with loud ambient noise.
• Use the Samsung Smart Remote less than 2 feet (1.5 m) with the remote control buttons facing upward. (There is a built-in microphone on the front of the Samsung Smart Remote.)
• Do not place the Samsung Smart Remote near the TV speaker or an audio speaker.
