The set is pretty good. The downside is that the cafe only has one croissant, and no other food! That's kind of weak Lego.

I enjoy these creator 3-in-1 sets. They are so fun to build because you have three options. It wasn't difficult to build all though some areas were tough.

First off, I have purchased this set 3 times, and modified this set to have walls on all sides (similar to a Creator Expert modular). Face value alone, the price to part ratio is incredible, and would make a great parts pack. This set is fun from top to bottom and is very modern feeling. These smaller city type buildings are always welcomed by me and I know others feel the same.
I would recommend this to a friend!
