Great starter

I finally self indulged in LEGOs. I’m a grown adult who always enjoyed building with my son. This set was just for me. I bought a 2nd one because I wanted to modify and create my own LEGO town. It was the perfect “starter kit”....see my pictures. (I did have extra pieces from my kid’s sets)
My new hobby to kill time and be creative!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing set!

This set was a very fun build and a really great design. I purchased the 3 in 1 toy store a while back, and now have joined them to create a lively city section! I would 100% recommend this to anyone who wants to add or start their modular building collection, and the value is all the way there on top of great displayability. Don't miss out on this set, you wont regret it!

My son loved it!

My son is always talking about wanting to build a lego city and this set was exactly what he has been wanting. A lot of the buildings are usually for much older. It was nice to see a building that had multiple stories my 8 year old could build. Hope that Lego comes up with more buildings in creator like this!

One of the best lego sets ever made

My son has loved LEGO his whole life. A while ago he and his brother started a Lego town, and Townhouse Pet Shop and Cafe was a great addition! He got it for his 12th birthday. He loves the details like the cafe’s facade, and the hot dog cart, and he was surprised how big the set was! A great set with lots of pieces for a low price! My son enjoys it greatly! There is nothing wrong with this set! A wonderful build!

One of best sets

I am an adult builder and this was my first Lego set. The build was interesting, colorful and full of whimsy. The minifigs and buildable characters (ex. dog, birds) were great. The little hotdog and juice carts always bring a smile. As a 3 in 1, the value is excellent. The other buildings are fun as well. Over time, I've built many other Legos but this is still a favorite. You may want to add the Toy Shop build to this as well in starting your own Lego city. Matches well.

Start of a city!

I love, love this set. I love the details (sliding window panels, street light, hot dog vendor, etc) and it really is the perfect start to a city.
This set along with the toy store (31105) were the first two we picked up for our Lego city and they really look great together.
I also love that this set comes with a minifigure that looks so much like Stan Lee! We have a few Marvel minifigs so I love that Stan Lee can be seen just sipping a coffee or grabbing a hotdog somewhere on our street.
Really great set, I think it has a great appeal to both adults and children.

Modular Build with many options...

As I’m building a LEGO city with my nieces, this was a great set for them to build, as the larger modular sets are a little too difficult. This set is wonderful, with many valuable pieces. Whether you build one of the sets in the instructions, or use the pieces for an original build, you can’t go wrong here.

I liked this set so much that I bought two more so some day I can upsize it to better match the large modular buildings. The architectural details are lovely. That big coffee cup sign is wonderful! And the hot dog cart and the bin of pet toys are delightful details. The traffic light projecting from the building is awesome, too. I may have to figure out how to add that detail to more of the modular buildings.
