dislike scrolling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because it was the only oven/microwave that fit my opening -- we renovated the kitchen 10 years again. It works fine but pushing buttons is much easier than scrolling. My kitchaid died and I couldn't wait until 2022 for a replacement

Haunted control panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit was purchased August 2020. The control panel can be unfriendly, it does not always recognize the selected action. It will also turn on randomly as if you have entered an entry, but no one was near the unit. It is haunted!!
Also I am not sure if the temperature in the oven is correct, foods do not cook the same compared to the prior JennAir unit I had.

Easy to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some microwaves and ovens are so complicated to operate. It can often look like a control panel at NASA. But with our JennAir appliances are not only easy to operate, it is fun. We love our new microwave and oven.
