Love the way it looks. Love the the simplicity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this back in November and had it installed in December.
We had an issue almost 2 weeks ago that is extremely concerning. Purchasing a high priced appliance like Jenn-Air should not be having issues.
I called in and talked with Bridgette back on 6/29 @ 3:15pm PST. Bridgette state’s to go to my circuit breaker for I want to say 2 minutes. Once that happened it started working again. Please see attached photo.
When I first bought this it was super quiet. Now, when I turn on my over it makes a loud humming noise.

New oven and microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new oven and microwave and decided on this one. Really like it. The microwave works some much better than a standard microwave. Better and more even heating. More settings and doubles as a true broiler and really a second oven. Love it. The lower oven is so nice to use. It heats more evenly than or old one. More to explore but really think it was the right choice.

Odd “operating as expected”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In all honesty, we would return for a more normal model but it took a lot to put in. The fact that it’s normal operation for the microwave fan (not heat) to stay on for 15-45 mins per Jenn Air support after even a 5 sec microwave heat up is just odd. I keep finding myself assuming the microwave is going due to the fan being on and loud vs turning off. And yes, I have heated up coffee only to forget and leave it in the microwave and come back 10 mins later to a fan still running. Seems not only wasteful from an energy perspective but also just a poor engineering decision. I would not recommend this product given the oven timer also beeps every min after the timer goes off vs every few secs. I’d prefer the ability to hear a beep much more often when baking a cake, like my previous 3 ovens.
Pros: Attractive Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the unit 3 months ago and I wasn't sure that I made the right choice. I originally had a Gageneau Oven and was very upset that it stopped working after having it for 22 years. I thought that was the best oven out in the market. When I realized that I couldn't get one that would fit the custom cabinet that it was in, I was forced to look for another brand. I researched and found that JenAir was a good brand and took a leap of faith and purchased the Noir 30'. Once it was installed and I started using it, I couldn't be happier that it cooked beyond my imagination. I'm so happy that I purchased this oven. I absolutely love it.

Just installed this oven but still don't have the cooktop and our kitchen remodel is not finished. Maybe when our remodel is finished and the cook top is in and installed I can write a real review. Still don't even have any confirmation of registration yet. Did everything online and still waiting for that.
