I was replacing a much smaller air fryer [a different brand] only because I wanted something larger. I didn't want a digital readout and I did want a 60 minute timer -- this has the manual settings and the 60 minute timer which is all you need. This is a very attractive style and finish and the design, not being circular like many are, gives more room in the fryer basket. I would wait give a review until I've used it longer [I did french fries] but right now the price is excellent so I'm posting while it's still on sale. I'm really glad I ordered it

I bought this air fryer last year at Christmas but just used it. Wow, amazing. Did wings, mushroom caps and onion rings in it thus far and unbelievable. Far better than in the oven. Wings were crispy on the outside and yet still juicy. Great product. Hope it comes on sale again this year!

Very noisy and whole house smells

The fryer is very noisy! My husband has very sensitive ears and it it really bothered him.
Also, we cooked two chicken quarters and after our whole house stinks of chicken! Chicken was ok but very dissatisfied with smelling up the house.
Did we do something wrong?

Good bye lingering smell of oil in the hosue

While the cook time and temp for frozen fries seems more like a suggestion than fact, the product and the resulting fries (once tweaking the heat bit higher and leaving them in a bit longer) were perfect!
And the best part is you don't smell grease for days like you do with traditional fryers.
The sale price was a great deal as well!
