This is my first air fryer, I saw this one on display at the store and fell in love with it. I like the shape and look of it then I waited almost 4 months for Best Buy to have it in stock – it was worth the wait!! It is so quick and easy to clean - food does not stick to it; the basket is fairly large and accommodates quite a bit of food, so you don't have to do so many batches; everything you put in comes out perfectly crisp on the outside, moist inside, and incredibly flavorful; I raved about this thing so much the rest of my family is start getting their own. I can’t find anything wrong with this air fryer, if you are looking for an air fryer, I highly recommend this one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We were a little reluctant at first but ended up opting for this one.
It's been in use for more than a week and so far, so good. We haven't experienced the plastic smell in the cooked food, but it still gives off a plastic smell from the exhaust vent, which goes away after a few minutes. The cooking times provided are for reference only; you need to use the timer based on your own preferences. It's kind of a trial and error initially. The tray handle seems to be a little fragile and needs to be handled with care. It's our first experience with an air fryer and it's been positive in general.

Impressed by its versatility

We have tried various dishes and were surprised by the efficiency of this air fryer. Meals are ready in minutes and the taste and flavors are astonishingly good. We now use it at least once a day and we are very happy with it. We have offered one to a cousin and we bought a second one for our condo in Florida.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Timer broke

I purchased mine in May and the following June the bell on the timer broke then a couple of weeks later, when the timer reached zero it didn't shut off. It also started running on its own if I didn't unplug it right away. I called insigma customer service and the woman I talked to told me to call Geek Squad to get it fixed...lol. They fix computers not air fryers!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love our air fryer

Great air fryer, we’ve used it daily since purchase a few weeks ago. Food is amazing and the basket is non stick and a breeze to clean. Bought it on sale and glad we did! Spent $100 more on another brand as an Xmas gift but would’ve purchased 2 of these had we known how great it is

I won’t recommend any one to buy it. This air fryer is garbage. It won’t last even 6 months. Stop working . It’s wast of time and money. Just expend little bit more money . Get batter one . We are so disappointed with it . 10/0
