The knob will break eventually

2 Problems:
1. The knob that controls the timer and temperature will eventually break. It happened to mine slightly over a year. And since they don't have any replacement part for sale, this is essentially useless if that breaks. The knob itself is held on to a metal shaft with plastic, its only a matter of time it broke.

2. The timer is never accurate for me. Sometimes it will just stop while it shows still 3-4 mins left on the timer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works nice and cooks great vegetables

after 3-4 time use metal smell was gone, but first initial use you get metal, kind of smell surrounding your kitchen, size is good and so far cooked, meat, vegetables and frozen food, all was nice and as i wanted. recommend the fryer.

The unit was okay at best, We used it about once a week, a larger basket worked well for our large family. The non-stick coating was starting to rub away in spots on the basket and removable "drawer". The cooking times varied too much, some times fries would be done in 5 minutes other times it was 12 minutes plus, even with pre-heating the unit. I wouldn't buy this again and with the recall on this unit, I'll look for a brand and unit with more features and a better reputation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have this air fryer. We love it but we received notice that it is on recall due to fire hazard. I have has nothing but good things to say about this model but obviously other people have had issues with overheating. Disappointing
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only thing I was surprised it’s former model is on recall due to instances of overheating. I’m disappointed I have to return and purchase a new one as they are almost 100$ more than when first purchased. But I give it a 5 star so far as I haven’t had any issues at all. Cleans up well, I feel even cooking, bell works when cooking time complete. Also the store in my city has very low supply in stock of this size air fryer so who knows how long it will take to order and replace.

Love my new air fryer! French fries are SO crispy …… just like they came out of deep fryer ….. but sooo much healthier. Very pleased with my purchase.
