We purchased this being new to the air fryer world. It was on sale and a great buy. We love it.
Pros:
-- The tray and basket are easy to clean
-- Looks good in our kitchen
-- Cooks really well

Cons:
-- A bit louder than we'd like, but livable.
-- The timer is not very accurate (not digital), so your turning and guessing a bit.

Overall, highly recommended if you're unsure about air fryers.

Very disappointed in Best buy / insignia
Unit stopped working beginning of June and was only purchased in December as a gift. Wasn't even used until January .

Great machine

Picked this air fryer up last week and have used it almost every day at least once instead of turning on the oven and heating up the house. We made everything from fries, fish, chicken, spring rolls and I tried a steak. It does what is advertised without any fancy buttons, settings etc just set the temp and the timer and you are off. So far very happy with it and I do recommend you give it a try if you are in the market for one.

We are using it all the time for cooking, browning, reheating, even toasting, love this I highly recommend it. Easy to use and easy to clean

Dead after 6 months

Worked great when we got it. Apparently has a super cheap power switch that fails. If you are handy and can get the replacement switch at an electronics shop, I'd say it is still a good buy.

I'm so happy that I can cook almost every thing by it. Using less oil gives me the feeling of being healthier.
The power cord is thin. I'm afraid that it becomes broken after a while. Cleaning the inside of air fryer is not easy.
I recommend it.

Caught Fire

After 6 months of use, this unit failed and caught fire in our kitchen. Thankfully we were home and everyone is safe.
Best Buy, you need to review this product asap before someone gets hurt.
