Missed the mark for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is not much to this coffee vessel but I somehow am left wanting more. First the directions are not very descriptive so you're left pressing the only 2 buttons trying to find the right combination to brew get it to brew. Finally after 45 minutes I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee, the flavor was delicious but when I wake up in the morning the first thing I want is a cup of coffee and I don't want to wait 40 minutes to enjoy one.
If you like coffee and have a lot of time to brew it in the morning, then this is for you. I prefer my coffee to have a timer so it can be ready by the time I get up.

Had to throw mine out

After just two uses we saw rust in the upper chamber where you put the water. I filled out a support form provided photos and all details asked for. After quite a long time I got an automated email that told me to call in for help with my “technical issue” . As a previous customer of the brand this was disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend you buy this product. We have now thrown it out with no sight of a refund or human support from the brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Coffee Less Special

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Item was as described. I would not have this around small children though. Whole unit gets very hot as the water is boiled. Yes, you can see the water boil.
The carafe is very big but only about 1/2 of the physical space is used for coffee. The rest is head space for the filter basket.
Although coffee taste has a smooth finish, it seems to takes more time to set it up, wait for the boil and then brew than most coffee machines.

Wow I am amazed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is honestly pretty cool. I am also drinking iced coffee and so this thing amazed me when I seen it and was I need to have it. Super easy to use for iced coffee and the liners go in great and come out easy to dump the coffee grounds. Tastes great but knowing I can have an ice coffee is great. Would recommend to anyone.

Convenient yet delicious

I have never used this type of coffee machine before, so I would say that you definitely need to read the manual. Once I figured out the settings , I was impressed. The iced coffee option is my favorite as it is not watered down at all by the ice. As for the pour over option, my boyfriend loves it more than I do as he likes his coffee much more concentrated than I do. Over all awesome little machine!

Quick and easy iced coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee makes excellent iced coffee! It works great for regular coffee too. I am pleased with how easy to use this coffee machine. Just a few easy steps and the taste of the ice coffee or regular coffee is absolutely the best. This machine has a great design. The temperature is nice and hot. I like that it will stay on for awhile and cut it self off after. It’s has easy to read instructions. I recommend it!

Simply amazing

Great Coffee. Minimal Effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been fans of the Delonghi brand since we got our espresso maker, and this is another coffee maker that hits it out of the park. I really enjoy the flavors you get from a pour-over, so this makes it about as easy as it can be. Build quality is great, it's easy to clean and super easy to use. If you need a coffee maker with a couple of extra tricks up its sleeve, this is a great option.
