Breaks Easily

I’ve had mine for a little over a year and I just noticed the glass is broken and leaking. For such an expensive product, the glass carafe should be thicker…

Getting used to it

Just replace my Keurig with this machine and took it out for it's maiden voyage. Too soon to totally evaluate but I do have a question. Is there a reusable filter that can be used?

Makes great coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes about 5 minutes to heat up a full tank of water and then about another 5 or so to make the coffee so not too terribly long, but at the same time, not super quick if you are running late in the morning. Makes super smooth tasting coffee and the iced feature is also really nice. No more having to put my coffee in the fridge or ice it down a lot! The look of the maker is also great, not too bulky for all that it does. Great all over coffee maker!

Love the Iced Coffee feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not your average coffee machine. The first thing to notice is the sleek design that fits any décor. Setting it up was quite simple. There wasn’t much to do besides cleaning it. It was basically ready to operate right away. This coffee maker offers three brewing styles. You have your regular drip brew, a pour over method, and freshly iced coffee. I’ve tried all three settings, but I really like the iced coffee setting. It makes a fresh cup of iced coffee without watering it down. This is something that I never would have done from home and always end up spending quite a bit of money ordering iced coffee from coffee shops.
The one thing I do wish were clearer would be the instructions. It did take me a little bit to figure out how to move through the three modes. It’s not hard to figure out, but better instructions would have been quite helpful.
Overall, I recommend the device.

I think it makes great tasting coffee. It takes time to heat the water to get it to the right temperature. I love the basket holder for after the coffee brews. Easy to operate and clean.

It does make a good cup of coffee, however it doesn’t stay warm for very long and there is no timer. It takes more time to brew (8 cups max). I did enjoy the taste and the look, however I am looking forward to another coffee pot.

Elegant looking Coffee Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this coffee machine for some time now and it works really well and makes some really awesome coffee. This has become a routine in our life. You can switch the types of coffee and can make a good blend.However we have not tried making ice coffee in this machine as we are not frequent drinkers of ice coffee. All accessories are good and useful. One recommendation for improvement is to provide a metal (stainless steel) cup strainer for the coffee machine as having hot water drip on plastic may potentially be carcinogenic. Other than this the coffee machine is a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife is the coffee drinker and is pretty much in love with this brewer. She previously was using a single cup "pod" type brewer. This one is definitely more work, but the coffee is so much better that she thinks it's worth it. She was a bit daunted by the brewer and the set-up process, but it turned out to be less complicated and easier than what it seemed just looking at the instructions. The drip coffee function is what she uses the most and she says this brewer has restored the joy she takes in making a cup of coffee. The smell is amazing and the coffee tastes delicious.
The downside to the Over Ice function is that you have to make a big pot (8 cups), which her and my oldest daughter don't drink all of. But they love being able to make iced coffee.
Overall, it takes up more room and more time, but my wife feels like she has re-discovered the joy in a delicious cup of coffee.
