love that is't counter depth but allows so much room! We are very happy with our purchase! The ice maker is a bit loud when it's making ice but it's not constant.

We love, love, love our beautiful new GE refrigerator. It not only looks great and fits perfectly, but getting ice and water from the outside of the door is heaven. I would highly recommend this unit to anybody!

Continuing ice dispenser failure

The ice dispenser door has been replaced once but the replacement door has a ding in it and the ice when chipped continues to freeze in the shoot and then no ice will come out at all. It freezes into a solid block that does not allowed the dispenser to use. Please get some one here to replace this dented door and fix the ice dispensing it she'

Good looking and reasonably priced counter depth

We bought as part of a 4 piece package during a 4th of July sale at one of the big home centers. For the money (on sale) this is a very nice fridge BUT it is "loud". Not bad noises, it just runs louder than our old one and louder than of the other fridges I have bothered to check out (I'm in real estate). Have not found identical fridge to do any apples to apples comparisons. Our old as dirt non-GE side by side had it's share of design flaws but it was quiet. 3 stars because I just don't think a refrigerator should be considered back ground music.

Love the counter depth!

I am delighted with my new refrigerator! My previous fridge stuck so far out into my kitchen that this counter depth fridge is a pleasure to have. Although smaller, with the French door style it seems to hold every bit as much food as my previous fridge. I also love the ability to move the shelves up and down with many options to accommodate different items. I looked at so many refrigerators in a number of stores before I came upon this one. It had all the features I was looking for, except the exact color I wanted, but it is close enough and I like it so well it doesn't even matter to me. After all my shopping, it didn't take me long to decide to purchase it, and I am so glad I did.
