[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This recent purchase is proving to be a Godsend to me. I am.disabled and the mini size is so much easier to pull out and use (and clean) than my big food processor. Using it to make sauces and to chop vegetables for salads and to cook with rice I intend to try it soon to make toppings for dessert, and breadcrumbs for fish.
