Easy to Use even After a Challenge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy I didn’t give up when the 1st one didn’t work. I bought 2 (1 to give to my sister ). So, unboxed hers. Voila, it worked. I use it nearly every day...it is easy to store, get out & clean. Wrap around cord is a 10++++ My sister saw mine in use...so I returned the defective and bought 1 for her. Works perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
