[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this a real challenge the first time I used it---really hard cheese! It was 100% up to the challenge. It was quieter and it didn't jump all over the countertop like my previous mini did (NOT a Kitchenaid). Would highly recommend to occasional home cooks as well as professional.
