Nope! Couldn’t get it to work

I also had difficulty even plugging it in it seemed to be too big for the slots whether turned right side up or upside down . To much work for a small appliance… I returned it and got Cuisanart which started right up

Don't waste your money, it's cheap quality.

I was happy with this chopper until a 6 inch fall out of the cupboard onto the floor was enough to break it. One of the tabs on the lid that holds the lever cracked off and now pressing the part that starts it chopping won't work. It just lifts off the end where it's no longer attached.
This is my first KitchenAid appliance and I think it'll be my last. I had assumed a name brand like this would be more durable than the cheap knockoffs, but apparently I was mistaken.
And of course this happened 14 months in. The warranty is 12.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great appliance. Small and it does not take up slot of room. I'm using it to puree baby food. It's easy to clean as well. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect size for my counter! And perfect chopping!
