Nice Looking, but did not work

Did not work out of the box for me, literally would not turn on and not user error, tried multiple outlets, watched how to videos, and four different people tried. Product was defected.

Love my 3.5 Cup Food Chopper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this little food processor after being at a friend's house and wanting to make salad dressing, where I need to chop up a lot of garlic... she pulled out her Kitchenaid 3.5 cup food chopper and, Oh, My Goodness! I had to have one. So I ordered one and it's been great. I love this little device.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We purchased this about a month ago and after carefully following the video instructions for assembly, it has never turned on.
