Great smaller food processor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about 1 1/2 months ago. It works great. It holds more than my 1-cup food processor, but plenty, so I don't have to pull out my full-size one hardly at all. I love it!

Really Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two weeks after receiving, and finally unboxing my handy chopper only to prepare all my vegetables to prep the appliance worked for roughly 40 seconds. I tried endlessly to restart the machine only having to remove everything and cut them by hand. Therefore, the chopper was returned. I was very disappointed because I did extensive research and believed I was making an excellent choice with Kitchen Aid. I will continue to search for a replacement.

I have a brand new one that I used for the first time, be careful what you use it for because I ground spices in it and it left a nasty coating in the bowl and smell that can't be removed. I'm very upset. Money wasted.

Did not meet KitchenAid Standards

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 KitchenAid mixers, so when I purchased this food chopper I had high expectations, so to have to find a YouTube video to guide me on how to open the lid was a joke. Even the lady in the video said it took her a while to figure out how to open it. It’s also cumbersome getting the cup positioned and locked into place. It pains me to give this type of review, but I don't recommend this product not unless enhancements are made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Difficult to assemble

I bought this from Kohls and was excited because of the brand and the really cool colors that are available.
After receiving it, I was so disappointed. I couldn't figure out the lid and the instructions don't explain how. I was very afraid of breaking the plastic while trying to figure it out. Once I did get it apart, it took me several tries to lock the body on the machine. And even then I don't think I did it right because I couldn't get it to work. I use a chopper every day. I need something that is quick and easy. This was not!
I returned it to the store and bought another brand which I love!
