Can not get the top off

My wife bought this several months ago as our old one quit working . Today was the first attempt at using it . The top will not budge no matter what I tried and the directions are useless . Do not waste your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great little chopper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this chopper because it’s small, has a chop and purée setting and my blender died several years ago. This fits the bill for me and I don’t have to take out the big food processor. Durable and easy to clean. Highly recommend.

Compact, efficient, perfect size for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid 3.5 cup chopper replaced my very old Braun 1-1.5 cup chopper. The Braun was a beloved work horse, but the replacement blade was no longer available. I am SO glad to have somewhat larger capacity. The entire unit fits easily in an under-counter cabinet when I want to free up that small amount of counter space. Easy to use and clean.

Great Little Food Processor
