I just purchased this product. And the instructions on how to lift the lid from the bowl we’re not included in the owners manual. You literally break the lid trying to get it off the bowl. I finally figured out that you have to twist the lid off the bowl to remove it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Powerful Little Workhorse kitchen appliance!

Somewhat dissapointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not as user friendly as I expected. Have trouble with the blade staying seated and then the lid doesn't close properly and chopper does not operate. When this happens, you have to empty contents and seat the blade again. I, personally do not like that the ON/OFF button is on the handle of the lid. Can't walk away while chopping to do other things; must stay with your hand on the handle.

A must for every kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model to replace a much older version of the chopper. I appreciate the updates. The chop/puree lever makes choosing the proper speed so much easier. The handle provides stability when using and helps with removing the container. So glad I made the update.
