Good little chopper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was tired of getting cuts to my fingers from only having one eye and chopping was difficult. This has saved me and does a great job of rough chopping, fine, and puree.
You just have to get used to it firs, experiment and you'll hit your stride.

Quit working after one use

I bought this less than 4 months ago. It worked great the first time-but when I tried to use it tonight it wont work. Very disappointed as I can’t return it to Kohl’s due to the timeframe since I purchased it.

Got this as a wedding gift, plastics feels cheap and cracked with in first use. Thing is a pain to turn on. Would never recommend it.

Not refurbished

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The item arrived in a box that looked as though it had been left in a very damp area. Upon opening said box the item was covered in dust. When I went to wash it the black portion of the lid was not intact, not fully realizing what that indicated I washed and dried the item according to the instructions. When putting it back together I realized that it was broken and had NEVER been refurbished. I called CS and got another refurbished one on it's way. Not favorably impressed with refurbished items.

Love it, but....

The food chopper is great for cutting up meat that I use to top my fussy dog's food each night. It helps to insure that he gas healthy fresh meat in his diet. BUT, shortly after buying it, the top fell off the counter a partially broke. I also wanted to buy extra cups so I could run it through the dishwasher. I don’t use the dishwasher every night, so the extra cups would be very useful AND I would have one, or more, caps to replace the damaged one. Unfortunately I don’t see any here! It seems to me that replacement cups and tops should be readily available and I’m disappointed that they aren’t here. So, minus one star, though I’m tempted to lower that rating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was replacing a kitchenaid 3.5 food chopper because I broke the lid in a recent move. When the new one came I was so glad it had broke because the new version is even better! I love the color and it makes me feel happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and probably would have returned it if the store remained in business. I have purchased kitchen aid products for years and have never been disappointed pointed. I bought this to replace an older model that the switch was being tempermental(many many uses and years old). I find it very hard to get the tops on exactly right so the machine turns on, especially when I am in the middle of something-most recently while making pesto. I had to stop put it in fridge and hope that I could get it to work after a break.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SO DISAPPOINTED

This is the perfect size for my needs. Had a different brand for many years. Used it for the first time for Tday recipe. Now cannot remove the blade from the container or the container from the base. It is unmovable. Even my 30 yr old 6ft 5in strong son could not budge it. I am hoping it is a defective unit but I can't even clean it to return it. Won't buy another...one just in case.
