I have used mine for less than a year because I am only a seasonal resident in the house where it is used. The lid is very brittle because it broke when it accidently fell on a vinyl floor! It is the KFC3516CU model food chopper 3.5 cup which I purchased and now cannot order a replacement lid for. What am I supposed to do with the motor, blade and bowl? Send them to the landfill???

I just purchased this product. And the instructions on how to lift the lid from the bowl we’re not included in the owners manual. You literally break the lid trying to get it off the bowl. I finally figured out that you have to twist the lid off the bowl to remove it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Difficult to use - very disappointing!

It was difficult to set up so that it would work - it took a lot of finagling to get it to start. I was trying to puree a small amount of toasted hazelnuts. After a couple of minutes it wouldn't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
