mighty little chopper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic chopper that holds enough volume to make sauces, chop up veggies, make purees. This is a pretty well thought out chopper to maximize the design. The cord wraps around the base of the chopper and has its own little compartment. This chopper has two modes - chop and puree. It definitely does both, but I found that you need to fill up the container almost to the top in order to properly make a puree. There's a space on the lid that allows you to pour liquids to mix or emulsify which is smart (I almost didn't notice it until I looked more carefully). The blade is a lot sharper than it looks (still have the battle wound on my thumb to prove it). All the components minus the base is dishwasher compatible which is really nice. The only downside to this is that the base can be very unstable and rattle a lot when using the chopper so you'd have to secure it with both hands.

I have chopped up numerous vegetables and I plan to try some chicken as well. I just love anything that makes cooking quicker and easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love Kitchen Aid products. I have been needing a food chopper for some time now. I'm so glad I got the Kitchen Aid food chopper. It works wonderful. I've always been a fan of this brand, so I'm glad to know that the food chopper works good too. It is the perfect size for me to be able to chop up anything I'd like. I know it's on the smaller size, but that's good enough for me. I was really amazed to see how quickly it could chop foods up too. I tried chopping up nuts in it, and it took only a few seconds and it was already chopped up. It was amazing! The instructions are very clear on how to use it as well, so that was nice. I love that you can put the lid, blade and bowl all in the top of the dishwasher too. I always like when I can actually clean them in the dishwasher. This is a product that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great chopper for smaller jobs

It is great for smaller jobs like chopping nuts for baking, onions, peppers, cooked chicken or other items for cooking. It works perfect for making smaller batches of salsa or guacamole. It is slightly difficult to take apart but it doesn't affect how often I use it. I have always hand washed it so I'm not sure if it does ok in the dishwasher. I would recommend this product to save time when cooking or baking.

Cuts food with ease with the press of a button, no having to cut everything individually. Clean up was easier than I thought it would be, and the device itself is made very well.
