Poor construction, design and cheap flimsy plastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in April and already had to replace the lid and still waiting for the bowl to come. Cheap plastic lid and bowl that is very difficult to put on and take off and also to align properly to engage chopping or purée start. Difficult from the day I purchased it. Called to complain and they sent me the new lid and waiting for the bowl. My bowl finally cracked and broke off a piece on the top lip and know I am able to get the lid on and off easily and align. Poor design and construction. Cheap flimsy plastic. Once aligned and lid in place properly it was a great chopper and purée.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
