[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great gift. It is the perfect size for regular food prep. I use it almost everyday for one thing or another. I no longer spend a lot of time chopping onions, celery, carrots, etc. for soups and stews and it is a real time saver when making egg salad and sandwich spreads from leftover meats. There is a whole lot less food waste and I sure save on the prep time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago because I hate dicing onions and I have used it 2-3 times a week since then. You don’t have a lot of control of the size and type of the pieces, but it is perfect for dishes where you don’t need to be picky. Finely chopped shallots, salsa, guacamole, and purées are a snap. It’s small and easy to pull in and out of the cupboard and to wash. It works for me!

It doesn't take up that much space on my countertop and I appreciate the ability to hide the cable cord when not using it.

I received the KitchenAid 3.5 Cup Food Chopper from my hubby as a birthday present,
And I love it! No more constant food scraping in my blender with chunks left, this little guy does it fast and perfectly! Yay!

Favorite Countertop Food Prep Item!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far one of the most useful and frequently used, small appliance in my kitchen, next to my hand blender! After my 20 year-old+ Mini-Food Chopper stopped functioning, I resorted to either hand-chopping ingredients or dragging out the large food processor for chopping large amounts. After the most recent holiday cooking spree, I realized just how useful and efficient these appliances are — perfect for a multitude of chopping, mincing, puréing and grinding (nuts, some hard cheeses, etc.). It’s a really great tool for someone who likes cooking from “scratch” but short on time.
