A Quality Product from a Quality Company!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best food chopper! I used it several time recently to chop fresh cranberries and fresh cilantro to make a delicious dressing. Used chop setting. Took me a couple tries to fit each section together, but it locks in place nicely after that's done. Love the boysenberry color! Ordered another a month later to give as a gift. Great value for the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and at first I couldn't take it apart to clean it but after reading instruction and got it. This is the best food chopper ever. I use to chop all my fruit and veggies by hand especially my Pico de gallo. After using this food chopper I will not go back to chopping by hand this chopper is great!

Incomplete and Poorly designed directions

Why do these companies spend millions on product development and slick advertising then leave you stuck with a barely decipherable and dismally designed manual like this product's? People complain about it not re-assembling easily and I can see why with this poorly thought out and badly designed manual's inadequate explanations, which look like the directions for a 1970's lawn mower.
There are videos on Kitchenaid's website about using and cleaning this product, but when they're clicked, they don't work.
Off to a very bad start, and I haven't even used this thing yet.
