[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I made in this was hummus and it was amazing! The machine did amazing and gave me the smoothest hummus. It has a strong enough motor and a big enough bowl to make plenty of stuff. I had about 6 cups of hummus when it was all said and done! I love it! Kitchen Aid never fails
