[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very powerful appliance but surprisingly not loud at all. It's exactly what I expected, and since my needs are simple it was the perfect choice. I love Kitchen Aid quality.

I got this on sale for half the regular price. I would NEVER pay the regular price for something so cheap, plastic, and flimsy. Having said that, it does the job I need it to do. For how long remains to be seen...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New favorite kitchen tool

I don't know why I put off buying this for so long. I had seen them and thought they were really cute but I saw this on sale recently so went back to the store and purchased it today. This little thing was easy to take apart, clean, reassemble and use. It is "so" quiet and will be the perfect size for what I would use it for the most. It isn't huge and heavy and won't be harder to use than the effort to take it out like the current Cuisinart I have (that will be taking a farewell tour to the Salvation Army the next time I leave the house). While in motion, it seems to be a pretty sturdy little machine with a nice weight for what it does. I can't wait to experiment more with it!

I recently received this chopper and was surprised at how great it works. Just a few seconds and the food is evenly chopped. The 3.5 cup is the perfect size for my needs, particularly for chopping vegetables
