[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric kettle heated my water for tea really quickly. Just fill with water, plug it in and a couple of minutes later really hot water. I like it just fine but it takes up too much counter space when I can just heat up a cup of water in my microwave. Maybe a great option for an office or dorm room.

Took over 2 months for refund!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an electric kettle in November. Took forever to get a return label then after they received the item back they didn't process the refund. I called them and the hold time was ridiculous, 45 mins or more. Then they said be because of the holiday they are backlogged, etc... I finally had to file a complaint with my credit card and they refunded me. A few days after that KitchenAid refunded me (mid February). I love KitchenAid products but I will never buy directly from them again.
