This kettle is hot stuff!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received and tested this electric kettle and we weren’t disappointed. The kettle is a nice companion to our onyx kitchen aid artisan mixer. It’s interior is as sleek as its exterior. The heating element is completely encased in the body of the kettle, so there’s no exposed heating element where deposits can build up. It boils hot in under five minutes and is simple enough for a three year old to operate (though this is not advised without proper supervision).
One of the flaws is that it still turns on if water is below the minimum fill line (or even when it’s empty). It would be great to have an automatic shutoff feature. And while it can hold 1.5 liters of water, it’s not ergonomically designed to do so properly. One liter of water feels most comfortable for pouring. And when I say it boils hot, it boils super hot! Water temperatures in this kettle are hotter than my stove kettle. I’ve had to adjust water ratios for my three year old so that his tea isn’t scalding hot. If your an avid tea drinker that uses different temperatures to steep different types of teas, this is something you’d want to keep an eye on.
Over all, we’re very pleased with this product.

Great design, got with a defective lid

Great kettle, loved the design, that it's all stainless steel and that it has dual-wall insulation. However, after using it for 2 days the lid wouldn't close completely and when you pour water from it, it starts liking from all over. So disappointed! Trying to reach customer service to return/exchange it for another one and this is a LONG wait!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing quality

Bought this Kettle in April 2020 and it already broke. Disappointed as it's rather expensive for a Kettle and I'd expect it to last longer than 2 years...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hot or not pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quickly heats water for coffee, tea, instant drinks, etc. Looks good. Works good. If you are not patient, this one's for you. It will have your water hot before you can fix your cup and additives. Easy to clean. Small space user with big capacity. Perfect quantity of water for my Brown Betty Teapot from the UK where they know tea. Outside stays cool and cord stays with base. Only way to get it better is with a butler to serve tea.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heated the water quickly , and kept it warm for a long time. The insulated carafe is great, you can turn it off and the water is still warm for at least an hour. This is replacing my tea pot right now.

Water stays hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of this kettle is very sharp. I love the black matte color. The kettle is much quieter than other electric kettles that I have used. The water also stays very hot for a very long time. I would prefer that it had a beep to let you know when it boils. I was given this kettle to test.

Heats water for french press and tea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The electric kettle boils water about a minute faster than my previous electric kettle and stays hotter longer. The cord coils under the unit, and looks like a larger and safer gauge size than what you would get from less expensive models. Lid fastens better than another electric kettle I had in the past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace our traditional kettle. I love the design and the 1.5L capacity is great. Heats up the water super quick and turns off automatically once starts boiling (which is by far my favorite feature)
