Greatest Toaster Ever Made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this toaster a month ago and I am so happy Idid. I make my own bread, and, with most toasters the top never gets toasted. With KitchenAid toaster they brown so nice. I can also to bagels too. I have owned KitchenAid mixer for 35 years but this was my first toaster. Greatest Toaster Ever Make.

Best toaster ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toaster is able to toast both sides of either toast or bagel evenly. Most toasters toast a bit differently on each side, however this appliance toasted evenly. Only thing that was confusing was that the selection icons vs. what was needed for regular toasting. It took a couple of tries to figure out that for regular toast you only have to pull the lever on the left down and not select one of the icons that looks like toast. The icons are only to defrost or warm up toast. Found that setting right in the middle resulted in perfect toast every time. Really liked that it was long and narrow, as I was able to place it against the counter wall and still have a lot of space to work - the appliance is very attractive and looks nice on my counter. i have been hiding away my toaster in a cupboard, only bringing it out to use, but this appliance is nice enough to leave out. It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it.

Fits easily in under counter drawat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this a few weeks ago as one I turned in for a problem with failure to toast evenly, and only toasted on darkest setting. This toaster has a similar problem. To get any color on what you are roasting requires using the darkest setting, or toasting twice. I’m switching to Dual-Lit or All Clad toaster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice design and looks sharp that where it ends. Takes too long to toast. And after long time needs to be toasted again even on highest setting. Not a good KitchenAid product.

Great for narrow countertops

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My countertops aren't very deep and the long-slot toaster leaves me plenty of room to work when turned sideways. Add that in with the ability to toast a naan or half a baguette in and this toaster really does more than expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even at the darkest setting, it will not toast sourdough bread, it has to be put through twice. which makes the toast hard, and takes forever. My husband wants to return it.
