Good toaster not Great

Even after exchange with a new one it had the same issue.

Love the bagel setting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I bake my bread and it is too wide for my other toaster. With this one I don’t need to cut the “ears” of my bread to fit the toaster. The toast settings make it easy to get the right level of toasting no matter what I put in.
