I bought this for a new phone. It's extremely durable and light weight like my past otter boxes. I especially like this version cause it isnt as big an clunky like the defender series. One thing, I wish it had like the defender series are removeable dust covers on the case for the headphone and charger ports

I really like the durability of the Otterbox cases. I've already dropped my new phone 5 times and thanks to the case there's nothing wrong with my phone. I would give it 5 stars if they had more and nicer designs that were a little more feminine. I found 1 that I liked and purchased that it but really wished they had more options.

Love Otter Box cases..so when I purchased my S10 pink one is was a given to buy with Otter Box again. While selection was low on clear cases I found one, and with glitter! Case seems ok, wish it had more grip on the sides. Also, alot of people pick out awesome phones because of the color and there should definitely be more clear or semi clear choices available.

Bought this for my Samsung s10 and there are scratches all over the case already within a couple hours of use. Shouldn't cost so much. Not worth it. Buy something else. Waste of money.

We're so sorry to hear that after only a couple of hours in the line of duty, this Galaxy S10 case started to accumulate some scars! Our cases are not necessarily designed to be indestructible so much as they are intended to absorb the brunt of any impacts that might otherwise jeopardize your phone, so sometimes the case exterior can retain some slight damage over time. That being said, we don't typically see our cases receive battle wounds so quickly, and our Otter troops would love to give this another shot with a resistant new warranty replacement.
