This my second Otter Box case but first Defender series case.
The installation instructions were only pics not really showing you had to take the case entirely apart to install the phone but I finally figured it out. I really like the case looks like it will protect my phone if dropped. Will probably never use the holster would prefer it was separate item to lower case cost. The protective covers over the USB3 plug and earphone plug would be better if they moved down instead of up. When you move them up it makes the case bow up and separate from the bottom piece especially if you are using both at once like I do in the car - with time this may cause it to break.
Standard free delivery was very slow via FedEX Postal over 9 days Priority mail would make more sense.

I recently purchased the Defender Otterbox for my new Samsung Galaxy S10 in the color Purple Nebula and I love it! It has a great fit on the phone, easy to grip and feels secure in my hand when I hold it. It's easy to insert the charging cable when necessary as well. This is my second Otterbox and the last one for my previous HTC phone lasted me over 5 years and was still in nearly-perfect condition!

This was easy to install and keeps my phone safe. I drop my phone on the pavement about 3 or 4 times a day and it's still in perfect condition. I always buy Otter boxes, my last phone I had for 3 yrs it looked brand new when I took it out of the case. This is one of the best investments I have made.

This case provides great protection for the sides and the back of the phone, while leaving the rounded edges of the screen exposed.
If thr outer rubbery part of the case had been raised by just 2-3mm, I would have given this case five stars. This obvious design flaw reduces that to three stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
