We have used the Defender model for over 5+ years on the Samsung Galaxy II, Galaxy S3, S4, S5 and now the S10+. We have never had a failure or damaged phone, through all the accidental drops, falls, and normal life of cell phone ownership. We have friends with other brands that have switched to Otterbox Defenders AFTER their cases did not protect their investments. We have the cases on the phones from the moment they are put into use and another benefit is the phones are like new if and when you decide to upgrade and trade in the older model. Lot's of other cases to choose from on the market now but why learn the hard way that there is nothing as durable as "The Original" OG in phone cases!

I bought this case and it arrived before my white stone dome screen protector and I loved it, it really defends the phone but after I got my screen protector the case didn't fit with the screen protector on so I ditched the case

for sure it is the best case both for grip in hands and the protection for the phone... I used to love UAG cases, but those are not able to take care of the big and curved screen of the Galaxy S10 plus... So if you want real protection for your phone, go for it without regret

I use the gadget guard to protect my screen. I ordered the the defender because it's the best, with the belt clip. I too had a problem with the screen protector lifting up. But guess what I did...i used a fingernail file on the plastic removing a couple mm from the top and a tiny bit off bottom and it fits nicely! Otter box is my goto for cases and always will be. Keep up the great work people!

Otterbox Defender is the only case I’ve put my Samsung Galaxy S series phones in since I started buying them. I love the free holster that comes with them, I use it all the time especially as I rarely take a handbag with me when I go out - it also gives added protection to the screen when you clip it on that way. If I had any complaint it’s that they don’t have enough colour choices (they’ve only made my favourite colour, Red, maybe once or twice, and I miss the mix & match option they used to have.

If you are going to spend serious money on a mobile phone the expense and protection from an OtterBox is worth the cost. My only complaint about the cases for the Galaxy S10 and S10+ do not have a screen shield as before.Other than that it is bulletproof!
