I Ordered This And Could Not Get Anyone On The Phone To Cancel Or Exchange This Item. I Selected The Wrong Size Then Realized It Afterwards. All I Got Was A Auto Message. Not To Mention It Took Time To Arrive And Now What If I Only Have A Few Days To Return Yet Cannot Get Anyone On The Line To Tell Me How Due To The Coronavirus. The Case Is Nice Just The Wrong One.

For S7edge i use closed OtterBox, phone exist and work, but i have to change the box one time in 3years. But for this is this. The new one not defend the display, without protection glass. Defender for warm shower taking people. No protection under real situation
Absolutely no way to install on S10. NO INSTRUCTIONS ON THE WEB SITE!!!!!! Obviously you have had your picture instruction for a one size fits all as does NOT match the product. OTTERBOX HAS FAILED. My advice purchase elsewhere

I purchased this Defender product about a month ago. I had already purchased a tempered glass protector and installed it. Once I had placed the S10 into the case, the tempered glass broke within a day. I removed the glass and purchased another thinking the glass was defective but the exact thing happened again. I ended up purchasing the Unicorn Beetle case and the glass has never broken once. I am extremely happy with the new purchase and quite disappointed with Otterbox. I have always been a strong supporter of Otterbox products for many years and now I have a Defender case that is unusable.
