THE GLASS PROCTECTION IS AWFUL THERE ARE BUBBLES AND AIR POCKETS ALL OVER THE SCREEN. AND I CAN NOT USE MY FINGERPRINT FOR MY SAMSUNG GALAXY S10 AT ALL

even though put on VERY carefully - it did not line up correctly - there are some air pockets between protector & phone - also small lint particles - even though screen was completely clean

The case is okay but the screen protector is a joke and I regret ever taking the scgreen saver off that came with the.phone It sure isn't the Defender series. I wanted the Defender but it seemed like it wasn't available for the Samsung S 10 - 5G which has a bigger screen.

I have a Galaxy S9 for my own use, and have an Alpha Flex on the screen that I am very happy with. Recently, I bought my son a Galxy S10, and of course immediately bought him an Otterbox Defender and an Alpha Flex screen protector. This weekend I struggled to get his phone set up. first, I had a very difficult time getting the Otterbox apart. I even managed to destroy my thumb knuckle doing it. I got it apart, and it seemed the phone did not quite fit - it was a struggle to get it in and to get the case snapped into place.
But, the worst problem I had was the Alpha Flex would not adhere at the top. At first I thought it was the case pushing it up, but at this point, I am not sure. I spent a lot of time re-squeegeeing the screen protector, and just the top part, to make it lay flat and adhere, but no joy was to be had. He has the phone and will use it, but I am worried that the screen protector will peel off and leave his screen unprotected - which would be a bad thing!
In case you think maybe I did not follow instructions, I did. I watched the online video first, then lined everything up, and made sure all the holes aligned and the piece that goes into the charging hole was pushed all the way in, so I do not think this is a case of user error.
I still love my Otterbox, but in the case of my purchase for my son, not so much. I am disappointed.

I purchased this with the defender case and the bubbles up at the edges. It comes off and doesn't stay put. Talking on the phone makes it come off at the edges also. it doesn't appear to be the right size.

The Alpha glass for the S9 was great, but I'm seriously disappointed with the S10 version. It feels more like plastic than glass and although it lays flat without the case. As soon as I put the (otterbox) case on it, the cover bubbles horribly

This version of the Alpha glass and it's application is very difficult compared to the Alpha glass for the S9. It is difficult to attach and when I put back my Defender on my phone it causes bubbles that cannot be removed. I am on my 2nd one and still have bubbles on the top corners. Otherwise a good product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
